Who are The Little Angels?

The Little Angels Foundation was established in Homestead by Dr. Merv and Judy Waldman approximately ten years ago.  Our little grandson, Wyatt, has autism, and we wanted to do something to help other children in need.   We selected a group of people who we felt had concerns for the well being of children with special needs; formed a Board of Directors, and have never looked back. 

Out of that Group, the following Mission Statement was scribed:

“The Little Angels Foundation supports children with developmental, learning or emotional problems, or who are at-risk for having such problems.  Our mission is to provide financial resources for these children with the opportunity to reach their potential.  We will support and work with families in this effort.  Our mission is rooted in reverence for life, and the recognition of the dignity of the person and family regardless of race, creed or income.”
